'The Hole in The Wall' is a short title sequence exploring the hidden mechanisms of the Cash Machine.

The Cash Sorting Mechanism, which was invented in 1993 by inventor Kenneth J. Peters, is now used in ATMs all over the world but its story has been largely forgotten. This sequence credits the team at NCR who made this discovery and depicts their hidden invention.

The custom typeface and mechanisms shown use shapes from the original patent.
